Krisztina Orvos is an excellent Pianist, Opera Repetiteur, Piano Teacher, director of company called International Masterclass & Workshop .
Her versatility and passion for music is reflected in her performance and work.
From 2022 to 2023 she was awarded the Royal Academy Opera Repetiteur Fellowship. She has worked with such distinguished professionals as Brenda Hurley (Head of RAO), Peter Robinson, Alice Farnham, Johann Stuckenbruck, Trevor Pinnock, Edith Wiens, Maria Cleva, Nuccia Focile, Florence Daguerre de Hureaux, Johanna Mayr, Frederic Wake-Walker, Lesley Anne Sammons, Paola Quaglia, Stephen Medcalf, Sam Brown. Krisztina participated as a Repetiteur in three opera productions, The Rake's Progress by I. Stravinsky, Le nozze di Figaro by W. A. Mozart, La Cambiale di matrimonio by Rossini.
She has given concerts on several international stages in the United Kingdom, Serbia, Slovakia, Croatia, Italy, Ukraine and Hungary.
She has been working with opera singers for nine years and regularly collaborates with Hungarian opera singer Dr. Marianna Váradi. Their joint projects are based on the creation of chamber music between the singer and the pianist. Morevoer, she is the creator and performer of "Duo Vivante" with her violinist colleague, Barbara Toth.
She has been an active student in several international piano master classes, learning from such famous pianists as Mei-Ting Sun, Tatiana Sarkissova, Rustem Hayroudinoff, Zoltán Kocsis, Balázs Szokolay, Márta Gulyás, Imre Hargitai and Péter Nagy.
In 2021, she was commissioned to show herself not only as a pianist but also as a composer. She and her college, Julia Csiba (Hungarian folk song singer), reinterpreted Hungarian folk songs.
She started teaching at the age of 19, including the Maria Vraka School Of Music, The Hap'ning Place Music School, the Allegretto Music Academy in London and the Villány and the Vasarosdombó Primary School of Art, the Leo Weiner School of Music and the Secondary School of Music in Hungary.
After graduating with a BA from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Pécs, she moved to the United Kingdom. In 2023 she graduated with an MA in Piano from the Royal Academy of Music in London under Professors Amandine Savary and Diana Ketler.
